Mirvac is a leading, diversified Australian property group, with an integrated development and asset management capability located in Australia's four key cities of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.

As one of Australia’s premium property developers, the new workspace needed to show that Mirvac could be comfortable with their own product but ensure that they were looking forward. The creation of a series of spaces referencing back to when Mirvac dominated the residential market with a sophisticated and beautifully executed offer was overlaid with new ways of working for a company young at heart. A fresh and clean palette was layered with small details such as paneling referencing the picket fence and motifs representing city skylines to which Mirvac contributed.
